About Me

Beth: I am not a fan of writing "about me" sections, but I do enjoy reading them, so... I am a thirty-something workaholic and have decided that this is the year to get my personal life in order. After all, trash TV and People magazine can't be one's life forever. While avoiding the real world, I stumbled upon several inspiring blogs and thought creating my own would perhaps inspire others, but more likely at least keep me accountable as I begin this journey. I heard that your third decade is supposed to be so much better than your second. The jury is still out on that, but I am pretty new to this decade. More and more often, I'm finding myself in situations that make me ask "is this really my life?" Some good, some bad, some hilarious, and others that I'm surprised have ended without jail time or a trip to the hospital. Join me as I figure it all out!
